DLA was engaged to provide architectural services for multiple phases of the renovation and conversion of an existing, 78,000 sq. ft. call center for a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical company. New entrance features and parapets with a hi-tech aesthetic were added to the exterior to improve the building’s appearance and presence. The interior was renovated for offices, conference rooms, research labs, a cleanroom, and manufacturing areas. A large break area was designed to accommodate employee lunches as well as corporate presentations. Due to the size of the building, large skylights and clerestory windows were added over the central corridors to bring natural light deep into the building.
