Brent joined DLA a year after graduating from college. He assumed the leadership role of the firm at the beginning of 2013.

Brent is responsible for the overall direction of Daniels & Lovelady Architecture, as well as project specification and design, master planning, programming, business development, and technology.

In his more than 30 years with the firm he has overseen and participated in a wide variety of projects including retail centers, medical facilities, banks, industrial facilities and religious facilities.

Outside of the firm, Brent is active with his family and his church. He currently serves on the board of Bethesda Community Church and Bethesda Christian School, in Fort Worth, Texas. His hobbies include woodworking, singing, golf and basketball.
