HEALTHPOINT OFFICES

This existing two-story 23,800 sq. ft. office building is adjacent to Healthpoint's four-story headquarters facility. As Healthpoint's office need for additional space grew and as tenant leases in the office building expired, DLA undertook the task of converting the unoccupied spaces into a single-use facility. The four-phase project included a partial exterior renovation to provide an "identity" entrance and upgrade the image of the facility.
