This 10,000 sf multi-tenant retail center replaced a former free-standing fitness center that was no longer occupied and in need of expensive repairs.  The old building was demolished and replaced with this one that DLA designed to aesthetically match the existing retail center behind it, which was also designed by DLA for the same client over 20 years ago.
