In a business deal transferring the imaging department of North Texas Orthopedics in Grapevine to North Star Diagnostic Imaging, DLA was hired to prepare plans to demise approximately 1,600 sq. ft. of the existing facility as a separate tenant space for the business. A new entrance was added from a common vestibule, and, without modifying the existing MRI Room, Control Room, and Equipment Room, the remaining space was reconfigured to include a small waiting/reception area, intermediate waiting area, changing room, future imaging room, restroom, laundry closet and office.
