RETAIL CENTER AT VINEYARD VILLAGE

This 16,000 sf multi-tenant retail center is located on an outparcel of the Shops at Vineyard Village.  The multi-acre development (by others) along the service road of S.H. 121 includes a home center, fitness center, restaurants and retail. This site had several deed restrictions placed upon it relating to building height and separation distance from adjacent buildings. DLA was careful to comply with those requirements and design a facility that met the owner’s expectations and is aesthetically unique to the rest of the shopping center.
