This upscale furniture showroom, located in the heart of the Dallas Design District, involved the renovation of a 12,000 sq. ft., mid-20th century industrial office/warehouse space. Open spaces and simple detailing set the stage for a showroom filled with fine furniture, decorative items, works of art, antique furnishings and accessories. The building elevation facing Hi-line Drive had no windows except at the small entrance area near the corner of the building. So, nine display windows were added, allowing natural light to infiltrate the spaces and creating a stronger store presence while giving passersby a peek at the latest designs.
